Vintage COBALT Serpentine Shape Tea Pot, Sugar & Creamer Set ORNATE & GORGEOUS

  

Here we have a really GORGEOUS LARGE vintage tea pot, sugar and creamer set with WONDERFULLY ORNATE and UNIQUE HANDLES and SERPENTINE shapes!! The bases all are scalloped. The tea pot has a GRACEFUL spout and all the set has a very GRACEFUL shape to it! Highly DETAILED oval cameos with ladies wearing COLORFUL dresses and scarves on the teapot and both the creamer and sugar have the same scene in the cameos with a man and woman and a cherub as well.

The GOLD PLATE is very ORNATE with flowers and swirls all over and around the rims and bases, on the back as well! The tea pot measures 8 1/4" to the top of the handle and 8 3/8" from the spout to the handle. The sugar measures 4 1/4" tall, 5 5/8" handle to handle and 4 1/4 deep. Creamer measures 4 1/2" tall, 4 1/4" from spout to handle and 3 deep. Really good condition with no cracks or chips. Little gold plate worn but not bad and mostly on one side of the handle of the creamer, and a little on the other handles and knobs but not bad. Some missing on the rims of the sugar lid and the rim of the sugar and a little off the the other rims. Some off the scalloped bases. A little missing in a few places on the pattern but not bad and mostly on the lids and a few small areas of discoloration in the cobalt on the tea pot lid. All in all not bad gold plate loss. ALSO, THE PHOTO DO NOT DO THE SET JUSTICE! Please look at the close ups of the cartouches to see how BEAUTIFUL they are! No maker but a gold plated dot (can hardly see it) or the like on each.
