VERY RARE c1953 WADE VINE PATTERN TEAPOT MILK & SUGAR TEACUP & SAUCER

  

RARE VINTAGE c1953 WADE ROYAL VICTORIA TEAPOT, MILK & SUGAR, TEACUP & SAUCER IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. Made in England, this set is so Elegant. Ou will appreciate that I kept it stored in a cabinet and therefore has held its original deep green color all these years. The sugar is not suppose to have a lid because they used cubed sugar at the time. The tea cup has crazing and please see the tiny, half the size of a pin head ding, on the rim of the cup across from the handle.

Top right corner of the picture. There were 54 back stamps from 1887 to 1927. The Back stamp c1953 is Royal Victoria Wade England Pottery in Gold.

4.5 Brim to Outside Handle Edge. In my research to set the price I found that All Wade TeaPot Sets are not stamped on the bottom with the Wade Gold stamp as seen in the pictures.
