Sunnyside Up - Tuscany -Dining Ware - Merle Edelman. 22 Artsy 1970's Kitsch Pieces of Ceramic Kitchenware.

These pristine pieces bring a smile and color to your house and mornings. These colorful pieces, mostly bear the Merle Edelman paper label on the bottom for Toscany - Japan - All pieces are Imprinted with the recessed stamped, "Japan" in the mold and copyrighted. There are no chips, cracks, or crazing.

There are some original boxes. They bear the original contents label on Side.

The colorful boxes are bright orange and white. Wow - what a colorful/useful addition to any mid - century kitchen/ house. The salt and pepper pieces are rare. Rare to see this many pieces. Rare to find any original boxes. MERLE JAMES EDELMAN was an independent artist/designer. He worked in many mediums... Was a sculptor, oil painter, builder of automated artworks, etc. He graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Art. He was a Page Scholar at the Tyler School of Art (Temple University). At age 16, he exhibited at the MET Museum. His works are in the Cleveland Art Museum, etc. He did contract work for Tiffany, Vogue, Conde Naste, NBC, Casa Bisque, Rubel etc..

He had his own company Edelman Design, E. Canada and had a studio on New York City's Upper East Side.. THIS amazing set will make your home Sunny again... All pieces will be expertly packed to try to assure their safe transport.
